We at Purple Lobe serve our customers with appropriate after sales services. Once the order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days and order tracking details for the same will be received depending upon where the order has been placed. Kindly make sure to mention complete address with Pin code and contact details to avoid any delays. Please find below Policies we follow.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Terms & Conditions
  • There will be no exchange and return on the product having discounts or offer and particular discount or offer would be informed in advance whenever will have it.
  • If you pay online we request you to share the screenshot once the payment is done.
  • All are products goes for quality check before it is dispatched but in rare case if it gets damaged then we will replace the product and will create pick up of that particular product from our side only and will replace after receiving the product.
  • As per our return policy, we will take the product back if found damaged from our side and for that unboxing video will be compulsory to be sent to us.
  • Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • The orders placed on website and Instagram, you will receive message on Instagram.
  • Customs Duties and Taxes

    Custom Charges differ country to country so the charges should be borne by the respected country’s rules & regulations.
